 Subject: 4.7 dakota fire!! pls help

I have a 2000 dakota 4.7 4x4. I was driving
down the road the other day and and the fuse
box, battery, and a lot of the harness went up
in flames. So i went to all the junk yards in
my area and the only thing i could find was
2000 durango 4.7 4x4. so i pulled the harness
and slapped it in mine thinking it should be
the same.But now my break lights wont work. my
transmission wont shift (all lights lit up on
gear indicator on dash). and my radiator fan
keeps kicking on and wont turn off.also my a/c
clutch wont kick on.Did imess up with the
harness or is maybe the computer fried from the
fire?
