 Subject: Key in ignition reminder

In the last three months I have locked myself out3 times. When the driver's is door open with key in the ignition a chime use to sound to remind driver that the key has not been removed. ANY IDEAS WHY THIS CHIME HAS STOPPED?

Jeeze. Heck I removed mine on purpose years ago!
Could have a bad door pin, or problem with the board with the piezo soldered onto it.
