Message: I recently inherited a v6 dakota 4wd w/ a plow. It has had an
intermittent no start problem. The last time i checked it when it
did refuse to start i did have spark at the plugs and there was
pressure at the fuel rail test port, however idk how much
pressure " no tester ". I tried spraying a little ether and that
didnt help ?

Message: On the wipers, there is a small lever that holds the arm onto the splined shaft that turns the wipers. It needs to be pulled out first I used a screw driver on mine and it worked ok. I had to pry mine off so I could change the plastic drive piece for the wipers to work at all. I don't know about yours but mine has a plastic piece that goes under the grill that comes off after the wipers are removed. If that isn't fitting snug it may leak. That's all I can help you with, but there is a tool you can get to pull the arms off with.
