 Subject: Mismatched brake calipers

I have a 2005 Dakota - 4wd, and am trying to
replace the fwd calipers and pads. After many
trips to the parts store, it turns out mine has
2004 calipers and 2005 pads. On the right
passenger wheel, with the caliper and new pads
installed, and with the caliper pistons completely
depressed, the rotor does not sit square to the
hub. When the tire is installed, everything is so
bound up it won't turn. The driver side went back
together without any problems.
I've bled the entire system, from the master
cylinder to every wheel, and have swapped rotors
from left to right, but the right wheel won't go
back together... Any suggestions?
