Subject: 1998 Dodge Dakota Transfer Case IP: Logged
Message: I need to replace my transfer case and have a
question. I have a 5.2L Manual Transmission. Can i
put any transfer case in it: 5.2L AT? 3.9L AT? 3.9L
MT? They all have the same part number NV231. Is
there any difference between the engine size and
transmissions on what transfer case they use? Would
be greatly appreciated.
