I have a 2007 dakota with a key fob issue. seems like the battery died and i replaced it.
I can't seems to find the proper steps to reprogramming the key fob for my specific year. I've found steps for 05 dakotas and even one thats was titled for dodge key fob in general.
I've tried both, and nothing. granted I would just use the key to enter the truck (which i have since the battery died a year ago), but some scum bag decided to try and steal my truck and ended up destroying the only lock with a screw driver.
any help would be great

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your sh!t outta luck. You need to go to the dealership because they have the proper scan tool and can access the code to program your key to the wireless control module. Good luck with that
