I'm a GM at a junk yard so I have access to as many radios as I want. When I bought my truck it came with an after market CD player. It is hard enough for me to read a newspaper let alone trying to read the buttons on this radio while driving. So I figured I'd put back a stock player. Every radio I have tried, and only ones that fit OEM, the volume does not work. Meaning, you can hear the radio, adjust the equalizer, fader is fine, but you cannot raise or lower the volume with the knob. Stays one level, which is about mid range.
