Message: i have a whining noise coming from the from end of an slt
4wd.Dakoda
it starts at about 25 mph and increases with the speed. i have
taken the auto trans out of drive at speed ..no difference. front and
rear differential oil change last week no difference. .when i make a
right turn at speed, say an off ramp on the highway it stops. left
turn noise does not stop.its a loud whine but no grinding sound
slight vibration though. i noticed the power steering pump was
leaking. Would that make a low whine though? any help?
