1682 Charging system doesn't seem to be working
well. Check alternator, etc.

Message: It would help if we knew what symptoms you were experiencing.
Engine coolant sensor voltage too high could be a wiring problem, not just the sensor. Check the plug and harness.
Code P1682 is "Driver 5 Line 2", which apparently is the wiring or contact to the ignition switch.

Message: Charging issue now only!! Battery has been checked and so has the alternator both GOOD. My volts stay around 12 - according to my meter. I have only driven it for about 30min max. Don't want to find myself On Road Dead.....
