I have a '03 Dakota qc v6. on my way into work today my volt gage spiked on the high end. I made it to work but when i tried to restart it it acted like the battery was dead. I got it started by jumping it,but about 3 mins after removing jumper cables the engine stopped and again acted like the bat. died. I pulled the altinator and the bat. took alt. in to get tested..it passed. I have the bat on a charger.
anyone else ever have this prob or have an idea what might be wrong with my truck?
