i have a 2wd `97 2.5L truck and a `97 5.2L 4wd truck thats wrecked. what besides trans output shaft parts would i need to swap the v8 into the 2.5 truck. i know the engine mounts, wiring harness, computor ect. but is there anything else that might give me problems.

Great Question!! I have a '99 2.5L I purchased for my son with the engine blown and have the idea to buy a wrecked truck and swap the engine out instead of spend $1800 on a short block. Any info would be most helpful.
