 Subject: ac/heat and radio wont come on

i'm driving my grandpa's 1996 dodge dakota 3.9L while my dakota is in the shop getting a new motor put in it.. the problem i'm having with it is that the radio and clock won't come on and the AC/heater won't come on at all. i don't have the owners manual and have no clue what i need to do to get it working.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you know how to check fuses, start there.

yeah i checked the fuses with a test light and they were all good.. the strange thing is, i can kick underneath the glove compartment and get the blower to start working but its loud and doesnt blow the air very hard even on the highest setting
