Think about it for a second (if you can).
Same body style. That means all sheet metal is interchangeable.

It's real easy...
1. If you still have yours on, undo the cables and remove your tailgate
2. If need be, do the same for the prospective tailgate
3. Try to install the newer tailgate on the older rig
If it goes on and latches...then it fits
If it doesn't go on...it probably doesn't fit
If it goes on but doesn't latch...it may just need adjusting...or it may not fit
