Message: Heater fan blowing starter ac clutch fuse

We have a 1993 Dodge dakota v8 5.2 318, keep blowing the 30 amp fuse under the hood, we have already disconnected the ac clutch, and replaced the blower motor resistor, trying to figure why it is still blowing. Truck will not start after fan has been on, need to replace the fuse every time.
