Yes although some older trucks will require minor grinding to clearance the caliper bolts.
You'll know if there is interference when you bolt them on and try to spin the wheel.

I thought `97 - `00 had 16" wheels? Maybe I'm wrong. (shoulder shrug). If they are 16", you should have no problems at all. Just remember, as you go up in wheel diameter that tires tend to cost more...don't know why, but they do.
