 Subject: 07 Dakota Power Window Issues

I'm posting for my buddy, who owns an 07 Dakota SLT. He's having issues with his front passenger power window; specifically, it will roll down but will not roll up. I originally chalked it up to a regulator issue, but he just informed me that the driver's side window is starting to do the same thing. I find it hard to believe that both regs on a 3 year old truck are failing already, but I'm at a loss at this point. Is this potentially a relay issue? If anyone has any insight, please hit me back with an idea, as his window is stuck down ATM.
