Message: Used several, never had a problem, emissions tested as good as when new. Maybe you should post the long story so we know why you recommend against them.

Message: Well Bob and anyone concern,started off as routine maintenance truck hit the 100,000 mile figure I would put everything new in but the 02's in because the dealer didnt have all them in stock and bit expensive with the funds I had at the time so ended up putting in Bosch which was fine for bout' a week thought would be enough time for computer learn everything after I did a hard reset finished up with a cleaning of the throttle body and cleaned IAC, truck started to hesistate after a drive from a warm restart, so I went through everything I replaced and ran my scan tool NO CODES only notice my fuel trims when the problem occurred at +30 telling me somewhere its lean so I pounder in my brain thinking lean injector(s), plenum leaking, burnt exhaust valve low fuel pressure distributor bushing worn which do I thought it was thought I had a fuel pressure regulator problem again when I tested it was slow to build pressure up to specs called for but on a restart would be fine fuel trims normal run fine like not a problem anywhere so I ended up changing fuel pump which solve the fuel pressure issue but still had hesistation issue, pulled out trustworthy voltmeter started to ring out every sensor on the truck everything where specs calls for same with the 02's but when this issue occurs went lean,ok thinking maybe need more time to learn new fuel trims and continue to drive it for a month with still hesistating like I described above so ended up at my freinds workplace which is a dealership he's service manager there he put his best tech on it gave him everything I did replaced and what do you know couldn't duplicate problem they had for a week so I picked it that evening it acted up so called him up let him know problem is happening bring back to them this time two week they had it they caught the problem but just as lost as me they said they didn't even think bout the 02's I told them, why eventually did they change all 4 three weeks later and problem solved still lost why these trucks want OEM or NTKS like most swear by don't know I know in early 90's Bosch 02's I had alot of them coming to me when I was a tech in the garage would be coming in stuck in fixed lean or fouled out rich and always ending up putting in OEM 02's and most of the problems the customers had went away and were happy but this didn't cross my mine so on final note I will stick with OEM 02's from now on and sorry for all the babble
