I have a 1998 Dakota with the factory-installed bed liner, and I've lost the 2 oval rubber plugs that cover the front anchors. If anyone has a pair for sale, please let me know.

You're better off just leaving them out. There are water drain holes adjacent to the front tie-downs. I had a '98 with exactly the same set up. When it rained, the water would lay in there. I took the plugs out and the water drained out just fine. They're long gone or I'd send them to you for nothing.
