 Subject: dak fog lights

my dodge dakota fog lights are factory and they have two hot wires going to them from the relay in the box under the hood and theres two grounds in there to but neither go to the foglights how can i fix this ?????????

you could at least try grounding the lights with a jumper wire to wherever is a convenient steel piece on engine/body and see if they work. more info could lead to a more educated answer
