 Subject: powersteering pump

i replaced my power steering pump and bled the system and it still seems to act up.. the pump will start whining and after long drives fluid comes out the cap. any ideas on what could be causing this? my trucks a 2000 4x4 4.7L with 192,000 miles

nope it still have 31" tires on it.. i even replaced the high pressure line assembly and that didn't help. this is probably the 7th pump to be put on in the 5 years i've had the truck
