I have a good shape 5.9 timing chain and water pump if anyone wants them - free, you just pay shipping.

Timing chain and gears have very little slack in them.

Water pump didn't leak and never had a fan hanging on the end of it - they tend to last long.

I just went with a double roller and put a new pump on since I was there.
