 Subject: Cruise/horn/airbag light

The other day my cruise and horn both stopped working and my airbag light on the console came on. The cruise light comes on when you turn the key on but I can not turn it on to set it. My horn does not work either. What is going on?

If the fuses are all good, then the clockspring mechanism in the steering column is damaged. You would need to remove the wheel to check it.
