Are your ABS and BRAKE lights on also? If so, it's the RWSS(Rear Wheel Speed Sensor) located on top of the center section of the rear differential.

Mine has a spinning cable from the transmission that plugs into the dash panel from behind. I'm not sure what year you have but you might want to check there. Is it accurate when you get to 70 or is that when it begins to show a speed?
