 Subject: Electrical Issue

On my 2001 2wd Sport cc I have the following electrical issues:
1) Fog lights won't turn on.
2) Bright beams won't work - the head lamps go out altogether when bright is selected.
3) Parking lamps only come on when the normal head lamps are selected.
4) Head lamps can be turned on even if key pulled out (not sure if that is normal).
5) Head lamp still-on warning signal does not come on.
6) Left-turn signal blinks at lest 2x as fast as right signal.
7) And worst of all, the head lamps and dash will go out briefly - and then come back on. Not safe to drive at night now because of that.
Yeah so I think that's it. Anyone have similar issue and hopefully that doesn't cost an extreme amount of cash?

4. Normal.
6. Normal if turn signal or brake light out on left side (all you gotta do is turn on the flashers and walk around it to solve this one).
All the rest = Central Timer Module/Body Control Module. Check the connections to it first. Could be a loose connector.

Ah. Where is the CTM located? I don't have a manual or I wouldn't ask...
