Went buy the local Dodge dealer here in Greenville, SC to look at a new Dakota and they only had two on the lot? Had about 50 plus Rams!
Went across the street and thought I might drive a new Colorado with the V-8 to see how it compared to my 4.7 and they just laughed at me. No Colorados let alone a V-8.
I guess they make a lot more money on the full size, so the don't stock many mid size. Shame, you can't sell trucks if you don't have them available to drive.

Can't find a buyer. Over in my neck of the woods you don't see any of the midsize GM twins either.

same here, not too many on any lots. Supposedly the Dakota is going out of production. Maybe they just didnt produce many because they really weren't selling.

their all over so-cal. Dont like them thow. Squared off like every thing else : ie jeeps, h3's, etc...Local dealer has 3 or 4 on the lot. Aso the new Challenger,

dodge is talking decommissioning the Dakota and making a unibody elcamino like thing in 2012. 2009 they sold less than 60,000dakotas so ya no ones buying them bassicly
