This issue has been killing me. Hard to start cold. Takes like 4-10 cranks to get the engine going. Fuel pressure guage seems to take a while to come up. Runs fine after warm up.
So far replaced the Crankshaft Sensor. Still no fix. Then I disconnected the Cam Sensor, MAP Sensor and TPS each one at a time to throw the engine codes.
For some reason when the Cam sensor was disconnected, the P0340 code did not come up?
Could this be my problem?

Well, I got rid of this stinkin No Bus code today. I was bored and grabbed some tools and started taking the engine apart. When I took off the air filter box, I noticed a grounding point underneath with 3 wires going to it. Took the bolt off and cleaned the connectors with light sandpaper, blast of contact cleaner and tightened it back up.
Second thing I did was removed the harness bolt from the strange looking 7 inch box located behind the passenger head lights.(Not the PCU in front of that). I dont know what this is but took that connector off and cleaned with contact cleaner and hooked it back up.
Started the engine and went right off with no, "No Bus" code, so it was either of these two things that must have cleared it.
At the same token, after that my fuel guage was going crazy and I threw a p0463 (fuel level sensor circut, high voltage). Cleared the code and now seems to be fine.
Treated the engine to a bottle of Seafoam today as well. Didnt smoke much at all. 1/3 in gas, 1/3 in intake, 1/3 in the oil. Last time I smoked out the neighbors.
