Have a 99 dakota sport 4x4 with a 3.9. Having a problem with what I think is my transmission or hopefully just a sticky linkage. Right now my gas pedal will only go about halfway to the floor and if feels like its locking me out from increasing the throttle. I can get it to go past half throttle but after I do it starts to shift really late from 1st to 2nd and from 2nd to 3rd. I have changed the transmission fluid and output speed sensor with no improvement. Any further suggestion would be great. Thanks
