Message: What do you guys think of JC Whitney. I have never ordered anything from there and didn't know if they sold quality products or not.
Any other suggestions for places to buy from for the truck?
Thanks!

JC Whitney is like any other. You've got to watch what you buy. If it looks to cheap to be true, it's probably not worth the price.

Message: Thanks for the reply.
Well I have been looking at new Headlight Bulbs and Snow Tires specifically.
Nothing along the lines of performance increases really, at least as of now. Buying the truck and keeping insurance has got cashflow low at the moement.
Next time I need pantyhose I'll be sure to keep JCW in mind. hahaha. Why the pop shot at the Kowalski fellow?

Message: For the headlight bulbs, there are plenty of ebay stores for stuff like that or a local parts house.

Message: Well, if you ever do look at anything for performance or whatever, I've had alot of luck with Summit Racing (summitracing.com). And eBay.
Between those two sites, when I decided to convert my TBI to a Carb setup on my 91 5.2L(TBI was failing BAD, and replacing the whole thing would've been way too expensive), I had alot of luck.
But, JCW has some things that other sites don't have, and vice versa. Just good to keep them all bookmarked and check them all. My brother-in-law says he's had good luck with JCW, but I think their prices can be outrageous. As such, I just usually check Summit, you can search for either your Make/Model or just your Engine.
But we all have our preferences, I'm sure.
