calikota - It's my understanding that axle wrap has more to do with springs that are under opposite loads from the torque of the axle - such as when you are launching hard at the start of a drag race. One side of the leaf is under compressive forces, while the other is trying to extend. That's not what we have here. The problem is simply the damping rate of the rear shocks doesn't work well with the spring rate of an unladen truck. The tire pressure also factors into that spring rate as well. There ARE other fixes that work, as I explained above. The active suspension is nice - I'm running that too. But it's my direct personal experience that premium shocks and airing down the tires will do more for this problem than the more expensive active suspension.

i thought the big horn was a class 8 dodge made for a few years in the 60s or 70s

I guess if you hold your brake and give it full power then sure you will have a lot compression on the leaf springs. Common sense says don't do that unless you have a modified you rear suspension for drag racing or even work duty.
