A tiny MR-2 that tows? LOL!! Should say "It'll get the trailer moving - turning or stopping it is up to you!" Plus, if the jet outgo is flowing towards the trailer ... how the heck is it going to produce forward thrust if it is pushing against it's cargo? That's (cough)bull$hit!(/cough)
