Because there are many factors involved beside the diameter of the tire. Such as the offset of the wheels the steering angles, not only at ride height but also at full jounce and full rebound. So rather than spend a day jacking my truck up and down measuring every possible clearance at every possible position I find it easier to ask the question of whether or not somebody already knows that this works.

Hopefully the moron will eventually get over himself.
But anyway, yeah I'm using 235-75-R15 as recommended. No use of going to a smaller tire size if it’s not recommended.
