Message: Turn the truck upside down and shake it a bit. Hopefully the bolt will fall out. If not, I think you're looking at pulling the motor to pull the pan off. Does anyone know if there is a magnet on the bottom of the oil pan? If there is a magnet, the bolt will stick to it in the oil pan and you can just drive like that forever.

Message: try the magnet through the same hole you dropped
the bolt through
another idea (large magnet needed)
slowly run magnet along oil pan
slowly moving toward drain hole
take a new path each time

Message: I think it will stick to a magnet drain plug, yea.
I was going to suggest trying to turn over the motor by hand with a wrench on the flywheel, if theres nothing hanging up, a bolt should stay at the bottom of the pan anyways.
If it hangs up, turn it backwards a little bit.
Dropping the pan is always an option.
Funny story, my borther was changing the lifters in his v8 potiac lemans in the early 70's. He dropped two of them into the pan by accident. He cut a hole in the pan, got them out, and then used some tin, silicone, and sheet metal self tapping screws to plug the hole. Never leaked.
FWIW, I'd leave it there if the motor will turn over OK.
Drive it like its paid for!
