i have the connecters inside my door for power mirrors if i get power mirrors and a power mirror switch and plug them in will they work or is there something else i need

As long as the harness is there you should be ok. Make sure you have the harness for both the mirror itself (wire plug should be attached to the door, behind the door panel, inside where the mirror attaches) and the harness for the switch in the arm rest (not 100% but it should be with the power windows/locks wiring).

I will look in my fuse box tomorrow and see if there is a dedicated circuit for "mirrors". If there is and you don't have a fuse in it, it would probably be because the fuse would complete the circuit, and then you would have a "hot" plug sitting there with nothing plugged into it.
