I'm wondering what the best way to get rid of front Tire/Frame rub
on my 97 Dakota. It has a 3" Body lift, with 33 X 12.5 R15 tires...
Do I need to get a hub spacer? if so how many mm's? Any help
would be appreciated!!

Sounds like you have the wrong rim offset. Tires maybe fine, but the offset can cause the problem too.
