steering wheel is very free to turn. should have some stifness to it, but it doesn't. Could my steering gear be worn out? If so, is there a rebuild kit for it. It drives straight, no wear on tires, no funny noises, just very free steering.

Could be looseness in the power steering box, if the rest of the stuff is good. I'm more familiar with the late 60's and 70's mopars than the early 90's. They could have the slop adjusted out of them up to a point, might be possible with yours too ?
