Message: This is a Boeing 737-500 that was preceding with engine start. Engine starter already engauged and then the fuel being shot in the combustion chamber. But I think that the throttle for engine 2 was moved way up. like they had they had the choke on or something:)

Message: Yes sir, and those engines could have been built in some small factory in Iran for all we know. Did you know that GM seems to enjoy doing bussiness in Iran?
Well, from observing the video, I would think that the engine would even be a new one pulled out of the box (they are very well oiled) or there some raw fuel being spayed in the ignition before light up (or starting under its own power).

Well anyway, There another Jet engine manufacture out there, but I just can't think of it.
Pratt&Witt got a nice little engine out called purepower 1000. It's an engine that involves gear reduction. Another words you can allow you fan to spin at a higher RPM while the rest of the engine retains same power setting.
Now just imagine you engine being able to do the same thing off something like a gear reduction crank shaft.
