Hi, I'm new to The Dakota world, and I have a question about a 99 Model with a 4cyl 5speed stick. This truck has been sitting awhile, and the fuel pump was thought to be bad. but when I turn the key on, all the lights on the dash come on, including O/D off, Cruise, and everything else, but no reading on the odometer at all, it is black. This truck is a stick shift and doesn't have criuse. I assume the the PCM is fried. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
