Superchips should let you raise it but to remove it you'll probably need a custom flash.
how fast are you planning to go?

You don't need to remove it. Just increase it enough to get it out of your way.

Yeah, that's how the custom flashes "remove" it. I think the ceiling is 256; might as well consider it removed at that.
