Message: clean the inside of your throttle body and Idle Air Bypass valve.
If you use a K&N style air filter - Stop.
Go back to paper element filter. It filters better.

Message: Often called the idle air control, it's in the throttle body. You'll need to remove the TB to do this. Don't stress the IAC plunger when you clean it. I wouldn't worry too much about the K&N filter, as long as you don't over oil it. They filter better when dirty, until it gets too clogged. I wouldn't clean the filter more than neccessary.
