 Subject: 93 door pins???

hey guys, help me if you can because i have just about had it. i have a 93 dakota 4banger w/ stick. my problem lies with the driver side door. the welds for the door hinges on the actual door have broken off only partially, so i need to get the door off to re-weld the hinge back on, but the front fender doesnt come off due to the fenders being pinch welded to the front, and the gap between the door and fender is just too tight to get with a box end ratchet or extension/wobble/socket. would ther be any possible way to take the door pins out or any other clever way to make my situation a little easier?
P.S. - The passenger side door is now starting to snap at the hinges only when it gets opened all of the way...suggestions for that as well?
Any help would be soooooooo great because i dont want to put any more money into it and its great on gas... 25/36 The last thing i want to do is make this someone elses problem.

pop the pins out dude. you should be able to figure that part out but, i think there is a c-clip preventing the pin from coming out. its easy to do.

oh yea, and dont forget to disconnect any wires you got running into the door. just peel back the plastic they are in plain sight.
