 Subject: U-joint worries

I notice that when sitting in traffic in my 93 4x4 dak with 318 and auto, every time I let off the brake and slowly roll forward with no gas, I fell a vibration throught the truck but feels like its coming from the rear. It was suggested that it may be my u-joints and I dont want them to brake as I am going down the road and cause me to get a new driveshaft and all that stuff. Just like with my brakes, can someone give the basic procedure for changing my u-joints? Thanks.
