 Subject: Tires on Dakotas

Looking to replace stock RT/S. Any
recommendations on aftermarket tires, I drive
almost always on paved roads or highways
and go offroading every so often. Some of my
choices right now are the BF Goodrich T/A K/O
and the Firestone Destination All Terrain. I
have the 2000 extended cab 4x4 with the 3.9
v6. Correct me if im wrong, but the tire size is
31x10.5x15? Thanks for the input! =]

Muchelin LTX M/S. Best all around truck tire I've ever used. I'm on my second set. First set lasted almost 60K miles.

Agreed on the Michelin LTX. Well worth the money, good quiet running and excellent traction, wet or dry. I have 45,000 miles on mine and they still have plenty of tread left.

Im running BF Goodrich A/T KO's as well.
Great tire bites into anything mud rock snow u name it. Pretty much self cleaning as well. Great tire kind of pricey tho. But would recommend

Ditto here on the Michelin LTX M/S. Best tires I've ever had. Had them on my first Dak ('93 Sport V-6) and on my current one (2001 SLT 4.7 4x2).
Great tires! You can't go wrong with them.

Been plowing with the Goodrich's for decades (last 4 trucks) - can't go wrong with them either.
