run her ruff - to blame Clinton for the ridiculous mess that George Bush has got this country into is one of the most ridiculous things I've heard in a long time. Clinton went to great pains to keep government red ink down. Bush has been recklessly spending far more than we can afford, plunging the country deeply into debt. He bears responsibility for his own actions. Often it's true that the legacy of a previous administration will have an effect on the next, but Bush has 2 terms of his own mismanagement to account for. He will not be looked at with any respect in history.
