A body lift can create a lot of possible little 'problems'
that are either 'not lined up' or 'too short'

spare tire crank
speedometer cable
parking brakes cables
fuel filler hose
transmission/transfer case shifters
engine fan / radiator fan shroud
various wiring & hoses
brake lines
etc.

not saying you will encouter all these problems
but a lot of stuff has to be checked when doing
a body lift -properly-.

You will have to figure out yourself how to fix any of these potential issues,

relocating stuff, longer hoses, cutting the fan shroud etc...
is all part of the game of modifying your truck with a body lift.

Sometimes, a suspension lift is a lot less trouble to do (but more expensive)
at most having custom driveshafts made if the lift is excessive

A body lift allows room for bigger tire but
a suspension lift is a lot more effective if you drive off-road.

NO offense but, not even wondering why you would want a 'body' lift, oh, I guess to put bigger tires and slow your truck down.

ANYWAY, take this to the Off road board, they use the 'body lifts' all the time.

I always think it's kind of funny to see a truck with the entire frame showing under the body.
