Message: After running the AC and parking the truck in my garage (or anywhere else), I can hear the condensation dripping on the manifold or some other extremely hot surface. Please tell me that others have experienced this and that it is normal. I freak out about stuff that goes on with my truck. Thanks.

Message: It drove me mad! I'd look under the truck and there would be nothing there. But every time I'd stop the truck in the garage-sizzle...pop....sizzle! I finally stuck my head so far in the engine bay that I would have singed my hair on the exhaust manifold (if I had hair). Water was dipping on the pre-cat on the right. I didn't see anything dripping 'cuz it would all evaporate on the exhaust system. I've been checking the pre-cat regularly and ther doesn't seem to be any excessive corrosion when compared to the left pre-cat. But, between the musty smell and the dripping on the exhaust I'd say that a/c condensation is an area where DC could look for improvement.

Message: I have the same thing. I thought that maybe the a/c cond. line needs to be re-routed. I have a 2000 CC 4.7. Is this possible?
