The latch release on my center console lid broke yesterday. Found the spring mechanism is PLASTIC! The dealer wants $105 for a replacement! Anyone know what year/model used the same narrow console as the 2000 R/T so I can try a junkyard?

I'm guessing he tried to sell you the whole lid? 05010133AA is the latch part number $9.35 list
