Well we took of the whole fuel tank to locate the fuel pump and found that the fuel pump and harness are working properly. What we did find is a clicking in the circuit cluster where the fuel pump relay is located? Also there is power going to the pump for less than a second then kicks off! Sound like some type of circuit shuts off!We checked all the relays and fuses but nothing. Anyone have an idea??

did you swap the ASD relay in the PDC?

truck specs?

did you check 115 splice, 8" down from the PDC, you'll have to unwrap the wires. 3-to-1 solder, common problem to go back and cause no start/no spark/no fuel

i'm 99% sure that's how its supposed to work. when you turn the key on the fuel pump kicks on to pressurize the fuel system then shuts off until you crank the motor and the PCM sees that the ignition system is working and turns the fuel pump back on.
