Subject: 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T IP: Logged
Message: Is there anyone old enough to remember whether the R/T had a bench seat with a column shift or buckets with a console shift or both? Any help would be appreciated.

Message: Standard on the '68 Coronet R/T were bucket
seats. If you got the column shift, you got the
middle "buddy" seat with fold down armrest.
Floor shifters got the center console instead of
the armrest/buddy seat. And no, I'm not quite
old enough to remember that.

Message: Me neither so thanks for the info. My dad has a '68 Coronet 440 and we were exploring what it would take to turn it into a clone R/T.
