Subject: CORRECTION - Royal Purple NOT API Cert IP: Logged
Message:
I was a fool to say that it was.
FACT = Royal Purple NOT API Certified
DIRECT FROM THE ROYAL PURPLE WEBSITE
Royal Purple’s racing oils do not conform to API and / or ILSAC licensing requirements!
Royal Purple’s motor oils are formulated to provide unparalleled performance and protection and comply with API / ILSAC specifications.
SEE THE WORD COMPLY!!! Not API !!!!!
AND RP requires continued oil filter changes every 3,000 to 4,000 miles (top-off oil as needed).
PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME ?!?!?!?!?!?!
SOUNDS LIKE THEY HAVE A SUSPICIOUSLY WEAK OIL !!!!!

hahahahhahahahahahah
you don't even remember what you posted.
This is the link that YOU the amsoil flamer "dak guy" posted
on this site when he was saying rp was better than amsoil:
http://www.lubricantsandmore.com/frequently_ask_questions.html
READ IT AND WEEP.
Per your post (and my reading the website) the site says:
Royal Purple’s racing oils do not conform to API and / or ILSAC licensing requirements!
Royal Purple’s motor oils are formulated to provide unparalleled performance and protection and comply with API / ILSAC specifications.
COMPLY !!! NOT API !!!
Comply means "meets or exceeds" just like amsoil.
it also says their race oils can be used for street vehicles.
NOT API CERTIFIED !!
who is the dumb phuck now?
hahahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha
also look at rp's oil filter change statement:
RP requires "continued oil filter changes every 3,000 to 4,000 miles (top-off oil as needed)"
seems mighty suspicious as a weak oil to me.
hahahahahahahahha

"Royal Purple’s motor oils are API certified and will not void new vehicle warranties. "
ow and take note
USING A NON API CERTIFIED OIL such as AMSOIL
WILL VOID A WARRANTY !
