So my gauge has been out for years. Just wondering if there is a sending wire or something like that around the alternator I could wiggle(insert joke here.......) that might allow the dash gauge to function. BTW gas gauge bad too. The gauge just lays far left.

How about the speedometer. Does it act up. Might just be the speed censer. it effects all the dash gauges.
